The Work of United Black Men of Queens

We are the UNITED BLACK MEN OF QUEENS FOUNDATION INC. (UBMQ).  An IRS 501 (C) (3) not profit.

We build mentoring programs for black and minority youth at the elementary, middle, high school and collegiate levels.

The mission of UBMQ is to actively assist and support the education of young people and their journey towards adulthood.  We have successfully accomplished this goal for over 4 decades.

At a time in many young people’s lives when there is such deficiency of leadership, the United Black Men of Queens Foundation, Inc. continues to meet that challenge by devoting its time, talents and resources to it’s Mentoring program.

Research shows that youth who have at least one consistent, caring adult in their lives is more likely to live a positive, productive life and are better prepared to build a good relationship with their families and community than those without that positive influence.
